ASTER VILLAS, LLC, is a joint venture of Haig Engineering & Construction,
Inc. and Apollo Financial. For the last two decades Haig Engineering
has been building residential and commercial projects including custom
homes in the greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Apollo Financial
has extensive experience in land acquisitions and development in the
cities of Adelanto and Victorville. Currently, its group holds large
acreages in the same vicinity for future development.
Both partners have vast experience and dedication and this skillfully planned project will
be masterly designed.
